Day 01
Evening Panoramic Tour of Baku
- We start the tour from your hotel, in front of the main entrance gate of Old City Baku (Icheri Sheher), also known as the Double Gates, or in front of Nizami Metro Station.
- Pass by the National Gymnastics Arena.
- Stop at the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre. We spend about 20 minutes in front of the Cultural Centre to admire the night view of this beautiful place and take photos in front of the "I Love Baku" sign.
- As this is a night tour, the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre is closed at that time, so we will enjoy only an outside visit here with an explanation.
- Stop at Baku Boulevard. Baku Boulevard is a promenade established in 1909 that runs parallel to Baku's seafront. Its history goes back more than 100 years, to a time when Baku oil barons built their mansions along the Caspian shore and when the seafront was artificially built up inch by inch.
- Pass by Baku Crystal Hall and National Flag Square.
- Pass by the Ferris Wheel, also known as the Baku Eye.
- Stop at Highland Park. Our last destination of the night on this panoramic tour is Highland Park. After the driver drops you here, the guide begins to explain the history of this place. You will observe the flame show of the 3 Flame Towers, then slowly walk towards Martyrs' Lane and the Eternal Flame Monument.
- The tour ends here, and guests are returned to the meeting point.
