Full-Day Itinerary to Mikumi National Park
- 4:00 AM: Pickup from your accommodation in Dar es Salaam and transfer to the train station.
6:00 AM: Depart on the train for Morogoro.
7:45 AM: Arrive in Morogoro. Meet your safari guide and drive to Mikumi National Park.
10:00 AM: Arrive at Mikumi National Park. Complete park formalities and begin your game drive.
2:00 PM: Enjoy lunch at the Park Bandas.
2:30 PM: Continue game viewing, including a visit to the Hippo Pools (Kisungura Circuit). Watch the hippos and other animals as they come down to drink at waterholes.
4:00 PM: Begin your transfer back to Morogoro by road.
7:25 PM: Board the train in Morogoro.
9:05 PM: Arrive back in Dar es Salaam and transfer to your hotel.
