1. Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1400m)

   Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1400m)

   Welcome to Kathmandu! When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, our friendly team will greet you with big smiles. We’ll help carry your luggage and take you to your hotel in the center of the city.

   Once you check in and settle into your room, you can relax after your trip. If you’re feeling up for it, you can explore Thamel, a fun area near by with shops, cafes, and colorful markets.

   In the evening, we’ll have a short meeting about your trek. You’ll meet your led  guide and get all the details about the days ahead. It’s also a great time to ask any questions you might have.

   Enjoy your first night in Kathmandu, getting excited for the adventure that’s about to start.

2. Day 2: Drive to Manthali (800m)

   On Day 2, you will start your journey with a long drive to Manthali, a small town at an altitude of 800 meters. The drive will take about 5 to 6 hours, so get ready for a full day of travel. Along the way, you will pass through beautiful countryside, with views of green hills, rivers, and small villages. The roads can be bumpy, but the scenery makes the ride interesting.

   As you get closer to Manthali, you will notice the landscape changing, with more mountain views in the distance. When you reach Manthali, you will rest and stay overnight in a local safari tent  This is an important stop before the next day’s exciting flight to Lukla.

   Manthali is a quiet town, and it’s a good place to relax and prepare for the next part of your adventure. You can enjoy the calm atmosphere and get a good night’s sleep, so you’re ready for the flight and trek the next day. After a long drive, you will be excited for what comes next on your Everest Base Camp Trek.

3. Day 03: Fly from Manthali to Lukla (2840m) and Trek to Phakding (2610m

   On Day 3, you will begin your journey with an exciting flight from Manthali to Lukla. The flight takes about 15-20 minutes and offers amazing views of the mountains as you fly higher into the Himalayas. Lukla is a small mountain town with a famous airport that sits at an altitude of 2,840 meters.

   Once you arrive in Lukla, you will Meeet rest of your Team and short introduntion and  start your trek to Phakding, which is at 2,610 meters. The trek will take about 3 to 4 hours. The path is downhill at first, and you will pass through beautiful forests, cross small rivers, and see traditional mountain villages. The air will be fresh and cool, and the surrounding views of the mountains will be incredible.

   As you walk, you will notice how peaceful the area is, with only the sound of birds River and streams around you. Phakding is a small village with a few teahouses where trekkers can rest. Once you arrive in Phakding, you can relax, enjoy a warm meal, and rest your tired legs after a lovely day of trekking. This will help you get ready for the next day of your adventure in the mountains.

4. Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

   Today will be an exciting and challenging day as you trek to Namche Bazaar, the main town in the Everest region. After breakfast in Phakding, you’ll walk along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges decorated with colorful prayer flags.

   The path takes you through green pine forests and small villages where you can see local people going about their daily routines. Along the way, you’ll enter Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and your trekking permits will be checked.

   As you climb higher, the trail gets steeper, but the stunning views of mountains like Thamserku and Kusum Kanguru make it all worth it. After about 7-9 hours of hiking, you’ll reach Namche Bazaar, a lively town built into the side of a mountain.

   Here, you’ll rest in a cozy teahouse and enjoy your evening exploring the shops, cafes, and bakeries in this vibrant mountain town.

5. Day 05: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

   Today is an important rest day to help your body get used to the higher altitude. You won’t be hiking to Everest Base Camp just yet, but it’s a good chance to relax and explore Namche Bazaar.

   In the morning, you can take a short walk to help your body adjust. A popular hike is to the Everest View Hotel, where you can see amazing views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and other tall mountains. This hike isn’t too hard and will help your body get used to the altitude.

   You can also explore Namche Bazaar, a lively town with shops, cafes, and markets. It’s a great place to buy souvenirs or try some local snacks.

   Remember to rest and drink lots of water today. Getting used to the altitude is important to feel good for the trek ahead. You’ll sleep well tonight, ready for tomorrow’s adventure.

6. Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Phortse (3840m)

   Today, you’ll leave Namche Bazaar and trek to Phortse, a small village at a higher altitude. The walk is a bit challenging but also very beautiful. You’ll start by walking through forests filled with pine trees and follow a trail that goes up and down the hills. Along the way, you’ll see amazing views of big mountains like Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

   The trail is quieter today, with fewer people, which makes it peaceful and special. You’ll pass by small villages, and the locals will greet you with smiles. After about 5–6 hours of hiking, you’ll reach Phortse, where you can relax at a cozy teahouse and enjoy a warm meal.

   Phortse is a beautifull sherpa setlymet village most of climbing Sherpa Summit  the Everest From this place with beautiful surroundings. It’s a perfect place to rest and get ready for the next part of your journey. You’ll sleep well tonight after a long day of trekking.

7. Day 07: Trek from Phortse to Dingboche (4420m)

   Today, you’ll trek from Phortse to Dingboche, a village located at a higher altitude. The trail is beautiful but a bit harder, as you’ll be walking through rocky paths and open fields. As you walk, you’ll see amazing views of the mountains, including the giant Ama Dablam. The air will get thinner, so it’s important to walk slowly and take breaks.

   After hiking for about 5–6 hours, you’ll reach Dingboche, a peaceful village with great views of the surrounding mountains. Dingboche is a quiet place where you can enjoy the calmness of nature. The village is higher up, so you may feel the altitude, but you’ll have time to rest and relax.

   Once you arrive, you can settle into a cozy teahouse, enjoy some warm food, and rest. This is a good time to rest and get ready for the next part of your journey.

8. Day 08: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

   Today is a rest day to help your body get used to the higher altitude before you continue your trek. It’s important to give your body time to adjust, so we won’t be hiking too far.

   In the morning, you can take a short hike up to a nearby hill. From there, you’ll get amazing views of the surrounding mountains, including the beautiful Ama Dablam. makalu and many more Moutain view This easy walk will help your body adjust to the altitude without overworking it.

   The rest of the day is for relaxing in Dingboche. The village is small but has a few cafes where you can enjoy a warm drink and chat with other trekkers. You can also visit the local cafe read a book, or simply rest in the teahouse.

   This day is all about resting, staying hydrated, and getting ready for the next part of your Everest adventure

9. Day 09: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m)

   Today, you’ll continue your journey by trekking to Lobuche, a small village high in the mountains. After breakfast, you’ll start hiking through beautiful meadows and rocky paths. As you go higher, the air will feel thinner, so it’s important to take it slow and take breaks when you need to.

   Along the way, you’ll pass through the village of Pheriche, where you can stop at small teahouses and enjoy the amazing mountain views. As you get closer to Lobuche, the scenery becomes even more breathtaking, with views of glaciers and tall peaks like Nuptse and Pumori.

   The trek today will take about 5–6 hours, so you’ll be tired but happy when you reach Lobuche. Here, you can rest in a cozy teahouse, enjoy a warm meal, and enjoy the stunning mountain views. You’re now one step closer to reaching Everest Base Camp.

10. Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5260m) and Everest Base Camp (5364m)

    Today is an exciting day because you’ll reach Everest Base Camp! After an early breakfast in Lobuche, you’ll start hiking to Gorak Shep. The trail will be rocky and windy, but the views of Everest and other tall mountains will keep you moving. This part of the trek will take about 3–4 hours.

    Once you reach Gorak Shep, you’ll take a short break and have lunch. Then, you’ll prepare for the final stretch to Everest Base Camp. The hike to Base Camp will take another 2–3 hours. When you arrive, you’ll feel so proud to be standing at the foot of the world’s tallest mountain! You’ll have time to take photos, enjoy the views, and celebrate your amazing achievement.

    After visiting Base Camp, you’ll head back to Gorak Shep to rest for the night. It’s a long day, but totally worth it.

11. Day 11: Early Morning Trek to Kala Patthar (5550m) and Pheriche (4220m)

    Today, you’ll start early because you’ll be trekking to Kala Patthar, one of the best places to see Mount Everest up close. After breakfast in Gorak Shep, you’ll begin the climb, which will take about 2–3 hours. The trail is steep, but when you reach the top, you’ll get amazing views of Everest, Lhotse, and other huge mountains. It’s a great spot for photos and to feel the power of the Himalayas.

    After spending some time at Kala Patthar, you’ll head back down to Gorak Shep and then continue trekking to Pheriche, a peaceful village at a lower altitude. This part will take about 4–5 hours.

    When you reach Pheriche, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. It’s a nice place to rest after such an exciting day.

12. Day 12: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3440m

    Today, you’ll trek back down to Namche Bazaar. After breakfast in Pheriche, you’ll start your hike, going downhill through a beautiful valley. The trail will be a mix of gentle downhill walks and a few small uphill sections. As you walk, you’ll pass through forests of pine and juniper trees, and you might even spot some wildlife.

    The trek to Namche will take about 5–6 hours, so it’s a great day to take your time and enjoy the views. As you get closer to Namche, you’ll start recognizing familiar places, and you’ll feel happy to be back in this lively mountain town.

    Once you arrive in Namche, you can rest in a cozy teahouse, enjoy a warm meal, and chat with other trekkers. It’s a great feeling to return to Namche after your big adventure to Everest Base Camp

13. Day 13: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2850m)

    Today is the last day of your trek! After breakfast in Namche Bazaar, you’ll begin your walk back to Lukla. The trail today is mostly downhill and will take about 8-9 hours. As you walk, you’ll pass through lovely forests, cross suspension bridges, and enjoy the beautiful mountain views one last time.

     You might feel a bit tired after all the trekking, but it’s also exciting knowing that you’re almost at the end of your adventure. When you arrive in Lukla, you can celebrate with your trekking team and enjoy a warm meal together.

    Tonight, you’ll spend your last night in the mountains at a teahouse in Lukla. You’ll think about the amazing journey you’ve had, from reaching Everest Base Camp to seeing the stunning beauty of the Himalayas. Tomorrow, you’ll fly back to manthali and keep drive kathmandu  with memories you’ll never forget.

14. Day 14: Fly from Lukla to Ramechhap and Drive to Kathmandu (1400m)

    Today, it’s time to say goodbye to the mountains and fly back to Ramechhap. After breakfast in Lukla, you’ll head to the small airport for your flight. The flight is exciting because you’ll fly over beautiful hills and valley and you might even catch one last view of Everest from the plane.

    The flight takes about 15-20 minutes. When you land in Ramechhap, and after 4-5 hours drive you’ll be back in the busy city, full of energy from your adventure. After arriving at the kathmandu, you’ll be taken to your hotel to relax.

    Today is a time to think about all the amazing things you’ve done. You’ve made unforgettable memories, seen breathtaking views, and achieved something incredible. You can spend the rest of the day exploring Kathmandu or shopping for souvenirs to remember your special journey in the Himalayas.

15. Day 15: Final Day – Return to Your Home Country

    Today is the last day of your Everest Base Camp adventure. After breakfast in Kathmandu, you’ll have some free time to pack your bags and get ready to leave. You might want to do some last-minute shopping for souvenirs or just relax before your flight.

    Once you’re ready, you’ll be taken to the airport to catch your flight home. As you sit on the plane, you’ll think about all the amazing memories from your trek—the beautiful views, the kind people, and the proud feeling of standing at Everest Base Camp.

    Even though your journey is over, the memories will stay with you forever. You’ve completed an incredible adventure and experienced something special that not many people get to do. Safe travels back home, and remember, the mountains will always be there, ready for your next adventure
