The itinerary

Day 01

Panjakent to Artuch and Chukurak Lake Camp

Meet at the Jarteppa checkpoint at around 11 AM.
Take a taxi transfer to the center of Panjakent, arriving at approximately 12:30 PM.
Enjoy lunch in a local teahouse.
Continue with a 3-hour taxi ride to the Artuch tourist base.
Pack your backpacks upon arrival and begin hiking towards Chukurak Lake.
Set up camp by the lake.

Day 02

Ziyorat Pass to the Kulikalon Lakes

Have breakfast at 8 AM.
Depart at 9 AM and head towards Ziyorat Lake, with a short photo break along the way.
Climb to Ziyorat Pass and enjoy a picnic lunch with breathtaking mountain views.
Descend towards the Kulikalon Lakes.
Set up camp by the largest lake.
Have dinner by the lake.

Day 03

Kulikalon Basin to Alouddin Lakes

Have breakfast at 8 AM.
Depart at 9 AM and cross the Kulikalon Basin.
Visit lakes such as Cherny, Bibidzhonat, Chashma, and Dushokha.
Ascend to Alouddin Pass and then descend into the Chapdara Gorge.
Reach the Alouddin Lakes and set up camp by the lake.
Have dinner by the lake.

Day 04

Alouddin Lake to Mutnoe Lake

Have breakfast at 8 AM.
Depart at 9 AM and hike up to Mutnoe Lake.
Arrive at Mutnoe Lake before lunch.
Enjoy a half-day break, taking a light walk around the lake.
Admire the highest peaks of the Fann Mountains.
Have dinner by the lake.

Day 05

Kaznok Pass to Beruzovoe Lake

Have breakfast at 8 AM.
Depart at 9 AM and climb up to Kaznok Pass.
Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the pass.
Descend into the Arga Gorge and follow the river of the same name.
Have lunch by the Arg River.
Reach Beruzovoe Lake and set up camp by the lake.
Have dinner by the lake.

Day 06

Dvainoy Severny Pass to Big Allo Lake

Have breakfast at 8 AM.
Depart at 9 AM and cross the highest pass of the program, Dvainoy Severny.
Have lunch by Verkhnoye Allo Lake.
Descend slightly to Bolshoe Allo, the most beautiful lake in the Fann Mountains.
Set up camp by Big Allo Lake.
Have dinner by the lake.

Day 07

Amshut Gorge to Voru Village

Have breakfast at 8 AM.
Depart at 9 AM and descend along the Amshut Gorge.
See Malloe Allo Lake on the way.
Reach the fork leading to the village of Voru.
Head to the village center and stay in a local guesthouse.
Have dinner in the guesthouse.

Day 08

Voru to Panjakent or Dushanbe

Have breakfast at 8 AM.
Depart at 9 AM and take a local taxi to the Panjakent bus station.
Have lunch in a local choykhana (restaurant).
Take a taxi to the Jarteppa checkpoint to say goodbye, or continue to Panjakent or Dushanbe.

Enjoy accommodation in a hotel or head to the airport.

Know before you go

Participants are recommended to have prior experience with mountains and rough terrain.
It is beneficial for participants to have previously reached an altitude above 1,500 meters for better acclimatization.
All participants must have the appropriate gear for a moderate hike, including hiking boots, sneakers, a windbreaker, personal protective gear, a sleeping bag, a backpack (40L+), sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, etc.
Equipment such as backpacks, sleeping bags, tents, and camping mats can be rented.
The itinerary is of intermediate difficulty, with several passes above 2,500 meters and elevation gains of up to 1,000 meters.
Participants should be physically and mentally prepared for the challenge.
Porters with donkeys can be hired to carry supplies (optional service).
Each participant is responsible for carrying their own backpack and personal belongings. Any additional load can be carried by porters.
Porters are available during the trek to carry up to 15 kg, if needed.
