Day 01

Journey from Livingstone to Sioma Ngwezi National Park

• Travel from Livingstone to Sioma Ngwezi National Park (345 km) via the road through Sesheke and Katima Mulilo.
• Stop for fuel in Senanga and proceed to the Mangweshi ferry, about 10 km beyond Senanga.
• Arrive at Shackleton's Tiger Fishing Lodge and check in for the night.
• Enjoy a delicious dinner and relax overnight.
• Reserve your accommodation in advance before returning to Livingstone.

Day 02

Full-Day Wildlife Safari in Sioma Ngwezi

• Wake up at 5:00 a.m., take a shower, and have breakfast by 5:30 a.m.
• Pick-up is at 6:00 a.m. for a full-day game drive in Sioma Ngwezi National Park.
• Expect to see elephants, endangered species such as roan, sable, wild dog, and cheetah, as well as other wildlife including antelope, lions, leopards, and hyenas.
• Spot various bird species, including the secretary bird and African fish eagle.
• Explore the wetlands of the Kwando River.

Discover Sioma Falls and Ngonye Falls

• Pick-up is at 8:00 a.m. for a full day of activities at Sioma Falls, also known as Ngonye Falls.

Return Drive from Sioma Ngwezi to Livingstone

• Wake up at 6:00 a.m., take a shower, check out from the lodge, and have breakfast by 6:45 a.m.
• Pick-up is at 7:15 a.m. for the drive back to Livingstone.
• Travel for approximately 6-7 hours, navigating varying road conditions.
• Be aware of wildlife encounters along the route, especially near national park areas.
• Arrive in Livingstone to conclude the tour.
