- Depending on your arrangement, you will be picked up at the hotel by car or by taxi arranged by the cooking class.
- With our cook-instructor or assistant, we will come to the nearest local market and buy some fresh ingredients according to his guidelines.
- As a local, you will have the opportunity to experience buying and bargaining with smiling sellers.
- Also, you will learn how to get fresh and delicious materials for upcoming dishes.
- Back to the restaurant to prepare for the processing.
- After preparing and cooking ourselves, we will enjoy lunch, including some dishes we have just made. Back to the hotel early afternoon.
