Please send us your flight number, Number of guests, your full name, and your hotel.

Our driver will pick you up with the signboard.

For your reference, we will advise the car type based on the traveller’s number as below:

For 1-3 pax: 4 seat car (Toyota, Vios or Similar) 1 infant can associate with.

For 3-4 pax: 7-seat car (Toyota Innova/ Fortuner or similar) 2 children or one adult can associate with.

For 5-11 pax: 16-seat minivan (Transit Ford or similar) 4 children or two adults can associate with.

Porterage of 1 standard suitcase and one carry-on bag for each customer.

Your driver has the right to refuse the ride if your luggage exceeds the limits for safe driving. You will be advised to reserve another vehicle at your own cost.

For customers who want to book drop-off at the airport. We would like to suggest the pickup time at the hotel for the departure flight as below:

With domestic flights: pick up 2.5 hours before departure flight time

With International flights: pick up 3 hours before departure flight time

For customers who want to book drop-off at the hotel. The driver always waits for you at the airport gate before your arrival flight time, which is 30 minutes.

5USD for a midnight surcharge will be required for arrival or departure from 21:00-06:00. Pay directly to the driver.
