Full-Day Itinerary: Halong Bay Day Trip from Hanoi
- 8:00 - 8:45 am
Pick up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter by bus and tour guide. Begin your journey on the new highway towards Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, making a brief stop for rest along the way. - 11:45 – 12:00 pm
Arrive at Tuan Chau International Marina. Embark on a short cruise with a briefing before setting off to explore the stunning limestone islands of Halong Bay. Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch with traditional dishes and fresh seafood as you cruise past unique islets such as the Dog Stone and the Burning Incense islet. - 12:30 – 2:00 pm
Visit Ba Hang Floating Village. You will have the chance to explore Halong Bay’s picturesque landscape by kayaking (two people per kayak) or aboard a bamboo boat (with 4-5 people in a group, rowed by a local). Paddle through crystal-clear waters to discover the breathtaking beauty of the bay. - 2:15 – 3:30 pm
Explore Thien Cung Grotto (Heavenly Palace Cave). This spectacular grotto is famous for its intricate stalactites and stalagmites, highlighted by colorful lighting that creates a magical atmosphere. - 4:00 pm
Return to Tuan Chau Harbor and board the bus for the journey back to Hanoi. - 7:00 - 7:15 pm
Arrive back at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, where the tour concludes.
