Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

   • Arrive at Tribhuvan airport and meet the Kathmandu tour guide.

   • Transfer to hotel.

   • See the Kathmandu Durbar Square.

   • Evening at leisure.

2. Day 2: Drive to Chitwan National Park

   • Have breakfast and drive to the Chitwan National Park.

   • On the way to Chitwan, do the 4-hours white water rafting in the Trishuli River.

   • Continue your drive to Chitwan.

3. Day 3: Chitwan National Park

   • Spend your day indulging in the following activities:
     • Bird watching tour.
     • Elephant ride.
     • Canoeing/boating.
     • Elephant breeding centre.
     • Ethnic villages tour.
     • Museum.
     • Cultural dance show.

4. Day 4: Drive to Lumbini

   • Have breakfast and then go on a sightseeing tour by the river bank.

   • Drive to Lumbini- the birthplace of Lord Buddha. It takes about 4-5 hours, depending on the mode of transportation.

   • Spend your evening at the Lumbini Garden.

   Stay in the guest house overnight.

5. Day 5: Sightseeing around Lumbini

   • Visit Lumbini and see the ancient places of Kapilvastu and Devdaha.

   • Spend your evening in the same hotel.

6. Day 6 :Drive to Pokhara

   • Have breakfast and drive to Pokhara via Palpa.

   • See the villages and rugged mountain paths on the way to Pokhara.

   • Reach Pokhara in the evening.

   • Visit Fewa lakeside before retiring to your room.

7. Day 7: Sightseeing around Pokhara valley

   • Drive to Sarangkot Hill for sunrise views of mountains around.

   • Return to the hotel for breakfast and continue sightseeing around Pokhara Valley.

   • See the Mountain Museum, Gorkha's Museum, Caves, Davis Falls, Tibetan refugee camp and local markets.

   • Spend the rest of the time at leisure.

8. Day 8: Flight to Kathmandu & Sightseeing

   • Drive to World Peace Stupa and get a nice view of the mountains and Pokhara city from there.

   • Return to the hotel to pick your luggage and then drive to the airport.

   • On reaching Kathmandu, visit the Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa.

   • Have lunch and then visit the Monkey temple.

   • Spend your evening exploring the local bazaar by Thamel.

9. Day 9: Bhaktapur Durbar Square & Transfer to Airport

   • Indulge in a morning sightseeing at the Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

   • Return to the hotel for your departure to the airport.
