The journey
This 7-day journey through Southeastern Anatolia explores some of Turkey's oldest settlement areas in Upper Mesopotamia, between the Euphrates and Tigris Rivers. Visit special and mystical places shaped by ancient civilizations, from the magnificent villa mosaics of Zeugma and the world-changing discovery of Göbekli Tepe to the Commagene heritage of Mount Nemrut, the UNESCO-listed walls and Hevsel Gardens of Diyarbakır, and the distinctive architecture and living traditions of Mardin. Along the way, you will also experience a region where history, faith, culture, and cuisine are deeply intertwined.

The route
The fine print
If you come in winter, I recommend bringing winter clothes. If you come in summer, I recommend bringing summer clothes and stomach medicines.
The places we will visit are among the oldest in the world and are also sacred sites, so you need to be careful about your attire. I recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses when visiting these sacred places.
We can also start the tour from Gaziantep or Mardin.
