- Begin the factory tour with a detailed explanation of the Withering process, where freshly plucked tea leaves are laid out to reduce moisture content, and observe the initial stage of tea production.
0:30 – 0:45 Rolling Process
- Continue the tour to the Rolling section, where the leaves are mechanically twisted and bruised to release their natural juices and essential oils, crucial for flavor development.
0:45 – 1:00 Fermentation/Oxidation
- Learn about the Fermentation and Oxidation processes, where the leaves undergo chemical changes, influencing the tea’s flavor and aroma.
1:00 – 1:15 Drying Process
