Day 01

Mount Nemrut and Commagene Heritage Tour

Meet your tour guide at the agreed location at Şanlıurfa Airport or Adıyaman Airport and begin your tour.

Visit Karakuş Tumulus and see the eagle-topped column from the royal burial mound at Karakuş.
Proceed to the Cendere Bridge, known for its Roman imperial columns.
Enjoy lunch in a village with traditional taste.
Explore the Arsemia Ruins, which served as the summer residence of the Commagene Kingdom.
Continue to Mount Nemrut. Most of the surviving archaeological remains here, including the tumulus at the peak of Nemrut Dağı, date back to the time of Antiochus I. At the cone-shaped summit of this 2,200 m mountain, you can find statues of mythical figures such as Apollon, Zeus, Hercules, and others.
At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
