The itinerary

Day 01

Journey to Kidepo Valley National Park

Arrival day before the trip: you will be picked up from the airport at your arrival time and transferred to your overnight hotel for dinner and an overnight stay at Kampala Serena Hotel (Luxury), Cassia Safari Lodge/Hotel Africana (Mid-range), or Airport Guest House/Emmaus Guest House Muyenga (Budget).
Meal Plan: Lunch & Dinner
After an early breakfast at 5:00 AM, your guide will pick you up and begin the scenic journey to Kidepo Valley National Park.
Along the way, you will stop at Karuma Falls for a breathtaking view of the waterfalls.
Continuing through Gulu District and Kitgum, you will enjoy the changing landscapes as you approach Kidepo.
Lunch will be served en route before you arrive at the park in the late afternoon.
After check-in at your reserved accommodation, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02

Wildlife Game Drive and Karamajong Cultural Visit

Begin your day with an early morning game drive after a cup of tea or coffee. The park is also rich in birdlife, including ostriches, vultures, and secretary birds.

Return Journey to Kampala or Entebbe

To secure the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total itinerary cost is required. Clients also have the option to pay the full amount upfront if they prefer to settle the entire balance in advance. The remaining balance, which amounts to 50% of the total cost, must be paid upon arrival, before the commencement of the tour. This payment ensures that the tour can begin without any delays or complications. We kindly request that clients settle the remaining balance in full prior to the start of the tour to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
