Day 01

Iringa to Ruaha National Park and Afternoon Game Drive

• Travel to Ruaha National Park, followed by an afternoon game drive.
• The park takes its name from the Great Ruaha River, which flows along its south-eastern margin and is a major focus for game viewing. Ruaha is believed to have a higher concentration of elephants than any national park in East Africa.
• It is also a place where magnificent mammals such as kudu, sable, and roan antelopes can easily be spotted in the Miombo woodland. The park is also a habitat for endangered wild dogs.
• Other animals found in the park include lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, elands, impalas, bat-eared foxes, and jackals.
• Dinner and overnight stay at a simple luxury bandaz.

Day 02

Morning Walking Safari and Full-Day Game Drive

• Early in the morning, wake up for coffee with bites before starting a walking safari, which may last between 2 and 4 hours.
• This walk will make you feel like a real part of nature while facing the direct sunrise. You may also have the chance to see animal footprints, enjoy the scent of flowers, observe animals up close, listen to different birds' calls, and see trees of different species.
• Return for breakfast.
• After a short rest, get ready for a full-day game drive with a bush lunch, staying out in nature for the whole day.
• After sunset, drive back for dinner and an overnight stay at a simple luxury bandaz. Capture incredible photos of these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.

Day 03

Sunrise Game Drive and Departure from Ruaha

• Enjoy a morning game drive at sunrise. After breakfast, continue with another game drive as you leave the park after signing out and return to your accommodation.
