Day 01

Arrival in Timika and Expedition Preparation

Meet at Timika airport and transfer to the hotel. There, you will meet the guide, check your equipment, and receive the necessary permits for the climb.

Helicopter Transfer to Base Camp

Take a helicopter flight to the base camp of Carstensz Pyramid at 4100 m. After arrival, enjoy a light acclimatization walk and test the use of your equipment.

Day 03

Acclimatization and Equipment Practice

Continue acclimatization and spend time testing the use of your equipment in preparation for the summit climb.

Day 04

Summit Attempt on Carstensz Pyramid

Climb Carstensz Pyramid at 4884 m on a demanding 10-12-hour day of rock climbing with varying levels of difficulty. The region often has rainy weather, so be prepared for wet conditions.
