Day 01

West Peak Hike in Helderberg Nature Reserve

Meet your tour guide at the Visitor's Centre in Helderberg Nature Reserve at 07:30 am.
Set out on the hiking tour at 07:45 am.
Follow the trail that leads up the mountainside.
Discover the wonderful Fynbos and views of the reserve.
Hike to the top of West Peak, which usually takes about 3 and a half hours.
Have lunch halfway through the hike.
Traverse the reserve while exploring its many floral treasures, keeping a watchful eye out for any faunal visitors.
Make your way down the mountain and return to the Visitor's Centre by 4:30 pm.
