The itinerary

Day 01

Early Morning Departure from Delhi

The tour usually starts early in the morning with a departure from Delhi. You will take a train from Delhi to Agra, which takes around 2 hours to reach Agra.
We pick up travellers from their respective hotels in Delhi by private vehicle and transfer them to the railway station.
Our chauffeur ensures your boarding onto the respective train. Tea, coffee, and breakfast will be served on the train.

Day 02

Arrival at Agra Cantonment

You will arrive at Agra Cantonment Station and be greeted by our staff.
You will meet our local guide, who will accompany you throughout the day.
They will take you to your first destination, which is usually the Taj Mahal.

Day 03

Guided Visit to the Taj Mahal

Now the guided tour begins with a visit to the epitome of love, the Taj Mahal, built by the Mughal emperor in the 16th century. The Taj Mahal is one of the most famous and beautiful monuments in the world.
You will have the opportunity to explore its stunning architecture, learn about its history, and take memorable pictures.

Day 04

Explore the Grandeur of Agra Fort

Afterwards, explore the UNESCO monument Agra Fort, a paradise for art lovers. This magnificent fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers a glimpse into the grandeur of the Mughal Empire.
You can explore the various palaces, courtyards, and gardens within the fort complex.

Day 05

Traditional Mughlai Lunch

In the middle of the day, enjoy your lunch in a traditional restaurant, where you can savour delicious Mughlai cuisine.

Day 06

Visit the Baby Taj

Following lunch, make your way to the exquisite Tomb of I'timad-ud-Daulah, often referred to as the Baby Taj. This marvel of pure marble was erected by Noor Jahan in honour of her father.

Day 07

Shopping in Agra's Handicraft Markets

Here comes one of the best parts - enjoy shopping at the world-famous handicraft markets.
You can explore embroidery work, leather goods, and marble inlay work in Agra.
You will have some time to explore local markets and shops, where you can purchase souvenirs or gifts.

Day 08

Return Train to Delhi

Later, we will transfer you again to Agra Cantonment Railway Station to catch your return train.
Upon reaching Delhi, you will be received by our chauffeur and transferred to your hotel in Delhi.
End of the tour with sweet memories.

Additionally, booking your same-day Agra tour by train in advance is recommended to secure your train tickets and make the necessary arrangements for a hassle-free experience.
Entry for kids below the age of 15 years is free at all monuments.
