Giza Pyramids, Camel Ride, and Egyptian Museum
- In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo by private air-conditioned car to begin your day trip to the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum.
- Giza Pyramids Complex
- The three main pyramids of Giza - Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure - are so vast that their stone could build a 2-metre-high wall stretching 100,000 square kilometres around the globe along the equator.
- The Great Pyramid
- The Great Pyramid of King Khufu is widely considered to represent the spirit of ancient Egypt. King Khufu, who built this pyramid as his cemetery, left behind little information about his reign.
- The Magical Sphinx
- When the name of the Sphinx is mentioned, many think of this remarkable stone sculpture carved with a human head and a lion's body. Located on the Giza Plateau in Egypt, the Sphinx is one of the oldest and largest sculptures in the world, measuring about 73.5 metres long and 6 metres wide.
- Camel Ride
- During our visit to the Pyramids, you will experience one of the ancient forms of transportation and enjoy a camel ride of almost 20 minutes to capture the best shots around the pyramids, so be sure to have your camera ready.
- The Egyptian Museum
- Centrally located on the edge of Tahrir Square in Cairo, the Egyptian Museum is an essential stop on any tour of the city. Opened in 1902, it was purpose-built to house the antiquities of Ancient Egypt. The museum itself was founded in 1857 by the French Egyptologist August Mariette.
