Itinerary

1. Day 1 : Arrive at Siem Reap

   • Pick up from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI), or from hotel start the city tour by experiencing the Workshop at Artisan D’Angkor to discover the traditional Khmer techniques used for stone and wood carving, lacquering, and gilding, The numerous items made in the workshops are inspired by the rich Cambodia heritage. 

   • Continue the city tour to visit Old Market and see the French colonial buildings which now under operating business by locals. 

   • Proceed to sightsee Kampon Phluk floating village in Tonle Sap Lake. 

   • Taking a boat to the Fishing village to observe local lifestyles. Kampong Phluk is a cluster of three villages of stilted houses built within the floodplain of the Tonle Sap about 16 km southeast of Siem Reap. The villages are primarily Khmer and have about 3,000 inhabitants between them. Flooded mangrove forest surrounds the area and is home to a variety of wildlife including crab-eating macaques.

   Evening: 

   • Back to the town for rest and shower. 

   • After rest, the tour guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and bring you to the restaurant to experience the Apsara Dancing Show with Buffet Dinner. 

2. Day 2 : Temples Excursion Tour

   Morning: 

   • After breakfast at the hotel, see the South Gate of Angkor Thom City. Have a walk along the ancient road to take some beautiful photos with the Buddha faces on the top gate. 

   • Proceed to see Bayon Temple, which is the main temple in Angkor Thom city with 49 towers that stood on three levels, decorated with 4 Buddha faces on each tower on top. 

   • Visit Bapoun Temple (A major religious temple during the Khmer Empire), Phimean Akas Temple (Sky palace), Terrace of the Elephant, and Leper King. 

   • Continue to see Ta Prohm Temple (Known as Tomb Raider temple). 

   Noon: 

   • Take a break for lunch in a local restaurant.

   Afternoon: 

   • After lunch, tour the Ta Prohm Temple (Known as Tomb Raider, where the Tomb Raider movie of Hollywood made). Ta Prohm is a beautiful ruins temple with green trees, especially during the rainy season. It attracts too most tourists because of the trees that grow on the stone, towers, and galleries. It is the most beautiful and picturesque. 

   • Head to Angkor Wat Temple, which is the largest and 7th finest wonders of the world heritage by UNESCO. Angkor Wat is the best-preserved which is still standing in the center of the previous Angkorian period. 

   Evening: 

   • In the end, head back to your hotel or the Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) for your next destination. End of tours.
