My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An Ancient Town Experience
- 7:30-8:00 am: Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hoi An and depart for My Son Sanctuary, a World Cultural Heritage site.
- 9:30 am: Arrive at My Son, where you will have 2 hours to discover the site on foot through its beautiful landscape, learn about its history with our local English-speaking guide, and enjoy traditional Champa performances.
- Then, return to the minivan and head to a local house to learn how to make rice paper. Later, you will enjoy the product you made by hand.
- 12:30 pm: Return to the van and have lunch at another local house. Relax with cold herbal tea, delicious food, and fresh air. After lunch, take a boat trip to Hoi An along the Thu Bon River, the largest river in Central Vietnam.
- 1:30 pm: Arrive in Hoi An and return to your hotel to rest, or relax at a coffee shop around the old town for about an hour before preparing for your next trip to Hoi An Ancient Town.
- About 2:30 pm: Arrive in Hoi An Ancient Town, where you will visit:
- Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall for ancestor worship and family altar viewing.
- Well-preserved old houses such as Phung Hung Ancient House and Tan Ky Ancient House.
- Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House to enjoy art shows.
- The Japanese Bridge, a 400-year-old bridge connecting the Japanese and Chinese communities.
- Hoi An's handicraft shops and artwork galleries.
- Dinner featuring Hoi An specialty food.
- 6:00 pm: Enjoy a boat ride on the Hoai River and release flower lanterns to pray for the best luck for you and your family.
- Immerse yourself in the fanciful atmosphere of the lantern street.
- Enjoy free time at the night market and take in the shimmering beauty of Hoi An.
- 6:30 pm: Return to your hotel. End of our services.
