Cooking experience in Samarkand
- The day will begin with a visit to a typical Samarkand market, where we will buy meat, rice and spices for plov together.
- I will tell you about the intricacies of choosing ingredients and help you find delicious souvenirs.
- Then we will go to the suburbs of Samarkand, to the village (summer cottage village) Terakzor, where a local family is waiting for you.
- Under the guidance of the owner of the house, you will cook the right Uzbek plov, participating in all stages.
- After the "work", of course, to the table! In addition to the cooked plov, you will be treated to homemade gilmindi - a national delicacy made from lavash and cream.
