The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Islamabad and Capital City Highlights

  • Our tour guide, along with the driver for the trip, will pick up the participants from the airport.
  • After the airport transfer, participants will check in to the hotel and have time to refresh before heading out for a quick tour of the beautiful city of Islamabad. As international flights to Islamabad mostly arrive in the morning, guests will have the whole day to explore and enjoy.
  • The city tour includes visits to Shakarparian, Pakistan Monument, Faisal Mosque, and Daman-e-Koh.
  • We will also include a quick city tour of Rawalpindi if time allows. Participants will have lunch at the famous Monal Restaurant in Islamabad and dinner at the hotel.

Fly to Skardu and Explore Shigar

  • You will take your morning flight to Skardu, where your guide and driver will receive you at the airport.
  • Drive through the Cold Desert to Shigar.
  • Visit Bara Pani.
  • Walk around Shigar (optional).
  • Hike to Jarba Xho - an optional 1-hour one-way walk for hikers only.
  • Night stay in Skardu.

Kharmang Excursion and Manthoka Waterfall

Day 14

Walled City of Lahore and Delhi Gate

  • Drive to the old town of Lahore, the Walled City. Visit the different gates inside the Walled City and culminate at Delhi Gate, while passing through the Mughal-era Wazir Khan Mosque.
  • Pickup from Delhi Gate and drive to Anarkali Food Street for dinner. Before having dinner, you can walk through the food street and buy traditional garments, khussa shoes, or souvenirs of Lahore.

Lahore Fort Complex and Sikh Heritage

  • Pick up from the hotel and drive to the premium attractions of Lahore: Lahore Fort, Badshahi Mosque, Minar-e-Pakistan, and Sikh Gurdwara Dera Sahib, all in one enclave.
  • A guided tour of Lahore Fort, Sheesh Mahal, Royal Hammam, Deewan-e-Aam, and Deewan-e-Khas will be arranged. The visit may take 4-5 hours.
  • Your guide will brief you about the history of the fort and the ups and downs faced by Lahore throughout history.

Wagah Border Ceremony and Transfer to Multan

  • Drive to Wagah Border with India to witness the impressive flag-hoisting ceremony.

Fly to Karachi and Discover the City's Heritage

  • Karachi is the commercial hub of Pakistan. As an industrial city with a colonial past, it features various colonial and Victorian-era architecture. Karachi is also the city of the founder of Pakistan, so the itinerary includes a visit to his mausoleum and his house, now turned into a museum. It is also the most linguistically, ethnically, and religiously diverse city in Pakistan.
  • Before Partition, it was dominated by Parsi, Hindu, and Christian communities, and after Partition, Muslims from all over India migrated to Karachi, making it diverse, unique, and vibrant. Our city tour includes a visit to old Karachi, a souvenir market, elaborate mosques and towers, cathedrals, and temples.

This tour is specially designed for those who do not get a chance to, or do not want to, visit Pakistan multiple times and want to do the complete Pakistan tour in one go.

The tour starts from the capital, Islamabad. On this amazing journey along the Northwest Frontier, you will drive up from the capital Islamabad through stunningly spectacular scenery to the ancient kingdom of Chitral. Here we will spend two days with the Kalash before heading over the Shandur Pass to one of the most beautiful places on earth, Hunza. We will complete our circuit by returning to Islamabad via the Buddhist university town of Taxila.

After completing the northern part, we will travel down to one of the world's biggest cities, Karachi, and before that, we will be completing the cities of Lahore and Peshawar. Peshawar is not about concrete buildings and fancy cars, but a city that holds its traditions and roots with pride, also known as the City of Flowers. It is situated in the east of the historic Khyber Pass. Peshawar is the capital and the largest city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
