Day 6- Antsirabe –Tana
Day 1: Antananarivo to Andasibe National Park
Drive 3 hours (140 km) east from Antananarivo (Tana) through lush highlands. Stop at Peryeras Private Park (1-2 hours) to spot 6+ chameleon species up close, including the tiny nose-horned and panther chameleons, plus frogs and butterflies. Lunch en route at a roadside spot with fresh Malagasy rice dishes. Afternoon: Explore Vakona Reserve (2 hours) for lemur island encounters—feed and photograph ring-tailed, brown, and black-and-white ruffed lemurs from just meters away. Join a guided 7pm night walk (2 hours) in Andasibe for the world's smallest primate, the mouse lemur, plus sportive lemurs and owls.
