Itinerary

1. Day 1: Pokhara to Kande, Trek to Forest Camp

   • Drive from Pokhara to Kande. 
   • Start trekking uphill towards Australian Camp, where you’ll get your first glimpse of the Annapurna Range and Machhapuchhre.
   • Continue through beautiful rhododendron forests to reach Forest Camp (2,550 m).

2. Day 2: Forest Camp to Low Camp

   • The trail gradually ascends through dense forests filled with moss, ferns, and rhododendron trees.
   • As you climb higher, you’ll start to see views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain) peeking through the trees.
   • Arrive at Low Camp (3,050m) for your overnight stay.

3. Day 3: Low Camp to High Camp

   • Ascend further along the ridge, leaving the tree line behind and entering a more alpine landscape. The trail opens up to breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, and Hiunchuli. 
   • Reach High Camp (3,580m) by early afternoon.

4. Day 4: High Camp to Mardi Himal Base Camp and Return to Low Camp

   • Begin the trek before sunrise for the best chance to witness clear mountain views. 
   • Follow the rugged trail along the ridge to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500m). 
   • The panoramic views from the Base Camp are breathtaking, showcasing Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre.
   • Spend some time at Base Camp, then retrace your steps to High Camp and descend to Low Camp.

5. Day 5: Low Camp to Siding Village and Return to Pokhara

   • Descend through forests and traditional Gurung villages to Siding Village (1,700m). 
   • From Siding, take a jeep ride back to Pokhara.
