Hike Through the Ancient City of Termessos
This is a hiking tour in an ancient city. The time and date can be changed as desired, depending on weather conditions and work schedule suitability. Termessos is located at the top of the mountain, like Machu Picchu in Peru.
Our tour starts in Antalya, with the meeting point at the Opet gas station. I will pick you up from the meeting point in a private car and drive to the magical atmosphere of the ancient city of Termessos. We will take a journey into the past in Ancient Termessos and see daily life in the ancient city, the gymnasium-military school, bath, water canals, colonnaded street, agora, theater, bouleuterion, the temples of Artemis and Hadrian, city walls and gates, necropolis, heroum monument, and antique fortifications.
The city is 1,050 meters above sea level in the Taurus mountain range. We will walk in a mountainous region in the national park. No worries - you do not have to climb, as there is a pathway. Termessos is 38 km from Antalya.
At the end of the tour, we will return to the city center.
