The itinerary

Day 01

Ho Chi Minh City to Mỹ Tho and Vĩnh Tràng Pagoda

7:30 - 8:15 am: Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your meeting point and head to Mỹ Tho Harbour.
Enjoy the scenery and green rice paddies for about one and a half hours.
At 10:00 am, visit Vĩnh Tràng Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta. It is one of the oldest ancient pagodas in Southern Vietnam and is known for its special architecture, influenced by Vietnamese culture, Khmer culture, and European architecture.
After passing Rach Mieu Bridge, we disembark at Thoi Son Island. Take a leisurely walk on the village paths, visit local people’s homes, and orchard gardens and enjoy seasonal fruits while listening to traditional Southern folk music.
Then visit honey bee farm and taste delicious honey tea with lemon that is really good for health. Local people also have python farms for tourists, who like adventure can take photos with pythons.
Take a hand-rowed sampan through the creeks to sightsee the natural water coconut trees, a symbol in the Delta areas.
Visit the Coconut Candy workshop to learn how to make delicious candies by hand. Lunch is a set menu with special Vietnamese food.
After lunch, you can walk or cycle around the village to admire the rural beauty.
Then we will head back to the river ferry and head back to Ho Chi Minh City
