Know before you go

Please note that you must dress appropriately when visiting some of the temples, including Angkor Wat, Ba Phnom, and Phnom Bakheng, especially if you plan to climb them. Your pants or skirt should cover your knees, and your shirt should not be sleeveless - it must cover your shoulders, not just be a bra top - otherwise you will not be allowed to enter. Access is controlled by the temple authorities. Walking shoes are recommended, and light cotton clothing is also advised from March to July, as the weather is very hot and humid. We also suggest bringing your camera charger, as you may be able to recharge it during your lunch break at the restaurant.
