DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN MOSHI-KILIMANJARO
- Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, a representative from Kilimanjaro Winners and Safaris will greet you and facilitate your transfer to a hotel in Moshi, where you’ll spend the night.
- Depending on your arrival time, you can take a moment to relax and prepare for your upcoming adventure.
- In the evening, you will meet your experienced mountain guide for a detailed briefing about your itinerary and the necessary gear checks. This meeting is essential for setting expectations and addressing any last-minute questions you may have, ensuring that you’re well-prepared for the days ahead on the mountain.

DAY 2: LEMOSHO GATE (2,100M) TO MTI MKUBWA CAMP (2,650M)
- After an early breakfast, your Kilimanjaro team will accompany you to Lemosho Gate, a journey that takes about three hours.
- Once at the gate, you’ll complete the registration process and enjoy a packed lunch before commencing your hike.
- The trek to Mti Mkubwa Camp takes approximately three hours through lush montane forest, where you’ll have the chance to see black and white colobus monkeys and other wildlife.
