Know before you go
- We operate Northern Lights tours only when there is a good chance of visibility. If you book a tour and weather conditions are bad (e.g. heavy clouds or snowstorm), we hold the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund. We are also happy to help you find or recommend an alternative experience that is not weather-dependent.
- The tour will be confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not met, we will gladly assist you in rescheduling or finding a suitable alternative.
- The Northern Lights often appear more vibrant and visible through the camera than to the naked eye. This is due to the camera's ability to capture more light and color than the human eye in dark conditions.
- The estimated duration of the Aurora hunting tour is between 3–6 hours.
- Kindly provide us with your pickup location in advance, or meet us at our meeting point — the wooden cottage at Koskikatu 20, Rovaniemi city center.
- Please provide your email address so we can send you the photos after the experience.
- Photos will be delivered to your email within 2–3 days after the tour.
