Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

   • Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you'll be greeted by our representative who will assist you with the transfer to your hotel. 
   • After check-in, you can relax and freshen up in your room. 
   • In the evening, there will be a group meeting where you'll meet your fellow travelers and receive a briefing about the upcoming itinerary. 
   • Afterward, you'll have the rest of the evening free to explore the nearby area or simply relax at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

2. Day 2: Kathmandu city sightseeing tour

   • After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you'll embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city. The tour includes visits to several UNESCO World Heritage Sites:
     • Pashupatinath Temple: A sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River.
     • Boudhanath Stupa: One of the largest stupas in Nepal and a center of Tibetan Buddhism.
     • Kathmandu Durbar Square: A historic square with ancient palaces, temples, and courtyards, showcasing Newari architecture.
     • Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple): A revered Buddhist stupa atop a hill, offering panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and inhabited by monkeys. 
   • After the sightseeing tour, you'll return to the hotel for overnight stay in Kathmandu.

3. Day 3: Trishuli River Rafting and Overnight in River Fun Beach Resort

   • Early in the morning after breakfast, you'll depart for Trishuli River for an exciting whitewater rafting adventure. The starting point, Charaudi Red House, is approximately 81 km from Kathmandu and can be reached in about 3 hours by road. 
   • Upon arrival, your guide will provide a short safety briefing before you begin the thrilling rafting journey. 
   • After 3 hours of exhilarating rafting, you'll reach River Fun Beach Resort, the endpoint of your rafting adventure. This resort is renowned for its scenic beauty and is a favorite among nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts. 
   • You'll check-in and spend the rest of the day relaxing amidst nature. Overnight stay at River Fun Beach Resort.

4. Day 4: Wildlife activities

   • After breakfast at the resort, you'll drive to Chitwan National Park, a journey of approximately 64 km taking about 1.5 hours by car. 
   • Upon arrival, you'll check into your hotel and prepare for a day filled with jungle adventure activities, including:
     • Jeep Safari/Elephant Safari: Explore the wilderness of Chitwan National Park in search of wildlife like rhinos, tigers, and various bird species.
     • Canyon Ride: Experience the thrill of riding through the rugged terrain of the canyon.
     • Visit Government Elephant Breeding Center: Learn about elephant conservation efforts and observe baby elephants.
     • Birdwatching, Jungle Walk, and Village Walk: Explore the diverse flora and fauna of the jungle and interact with the local Tharu community.
     • Tharu Cultural Show: Enjoy a traditional Tharu dance performance in the evening.
   • After a day of adventure, you'll return to the resort for overnight stay in Chitwan.

5. Day 5: Drive to Pokhara and Overnight

   • After breakfast, you'll depart for Pokhara, a scenic city located approximately 160 km from Chitwan, which takes about 5 hours by road. 
   • Upon arrival in Pokhara, you'll check into your hotel. Later in the day, you'll enjoy boating on Phewa Lake, visit Lakeside, and explore the local market. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara.

6. Day 6: Australian Camp day hike

   • After breakfast at the hotel, you'll drive to Kande, which takes about an hour. 
   • From Kande, you'll start a hike to Australian Camp, situated at an altitude of 2065 meters above sea level. The hike takes approximately 3 hours, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush landscapes. 
   • Upon reaching Australian Camp, you'll have lunch and spend some time enjoying the panoramic views. 
   • Later, you'll descend to Nayapool and drive back to Pokhara. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

7. Day 7: Pokhara City Tour

   • Today, after breakfast, you'll embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara, visiting its major attractions:
     • World Peace Stupa: A Buddhist pagoda-style monument offering breathtaking views of the Annapurna range and Pokhara Valley.
     • Mahendra Cave: A natural limestone cave with stalactites and stalagmites, named after King Mahendra.
     • David's Fall: A unique waterfall where the water disappears into an underground tunnel.
     • International Mountain Museum: Learn about the history, culture, and mountaineering in the Himalayas.
   • After the tour, you'll return to the hotel for overnight stay in Pokhara.

8. Day 8: Farewell dinner in Kathmandu

   • After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Pokhara Domestic Airport for your flight back to Kathmandu. 
   • Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your hotel. 
   • You'll have some free time to explore Thamel, a popular tourist district known for its shops, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere. 
   • In the evening, you'll enjoy a farewell dinner with a cultural show at a typical Nepalese restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

9. Day 9: Departure

   • After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey. This marks the end of your memorable trip to Nepal filled with adventure, culture, and natural beauty.
