10-Day Botswana Safari through Chobe, Savuti, Khwai and Moremi

• Arrive at Kasane International Airport, where your guide will be waiting to meet and greet you.
• Transfer to the lodge, where you will stay overnight on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
• Enjoy a boat cruise in the afternoon on the Chobe River.

• After an early breakfast at the lodge, embark on a road transfer to Savuti, where you will spend 3 nights camping in a private bush camp.
• Enjoy packed lunch and game drives all the way to the camp, with a stop for lunch by the roadside.
• Arrive at the bush camp, where the backup team will already have set up camp and will welcome you and show you to your tents as arranged.

Dinner will be prepared at the camp by your chef in the camp kitchen.

• Early in the morning, you will be woken by a crew member, and water will be ready in the stand basin in front of your tent.
• Breakfast will be set at the dining shelter or around the fire when it is cold, and it is self-service.
• After enjoying breakfast in the bush, it will be time to get into the game viewer and begin your safari - the earlier, the better. Later, return to camp for lunch.

Shower facilities are available on request, with warm, hot, or cold water.

• Early in the morning after breakfast, spend some hours exploring the Savuti Marsh. Here, you can enjoy the landscapes, bull elephants, cats, and zebra migrations. The focus in Savuti is on learning to appreciate and be humbled by this vast wilderness.
• After some time, return to camp for lunch, a shower, and a siesta.
• Later in the afternoon, go for a sundowner.

• Embark on a road transfer to Khwai, spending some hours driving through mopane woodland with a game drive all the way to your next camp.
• Expect to have lunch on the way, and arrive late at camp, where the backup team will have driven ahead to set up the camp.

• After an early breakfast in camp prepared by the chef, spend hours exploring Khwai in all its splendor. From the game-rich floodplains of Khwai in the Okavango Delta, enjoy wildlife viewing along the Khwai River, which attracts a high diversity of animals, lots of predator action, and sightings of the rarer roan.
• Return for lunch in camp and rest during the day before heading out for a mokoro cruise on the Khwai River. This offers the best perspective for getting closer to aquatic wildlife.

• Transfer by road early in the morning to Moremi Game Reserve, where you will spend your last 3 nights.
• From here, head west of Khwai. The journey will take about 3 hours to reach the next camp.

Moremi lies within the Okavango Delta and is set among lush forests of old-growth leadwood, mopane woodland, and palm trees, attracting a high diversity of animals.

• Spend another day bush camping, with your guide always ready to take you into the famous Moremi Game Reserve.
• Explore the surrounding wilderness on game drives during the day. Moremi Game Reserve protects around a third of the entire Okavango Delta ecosystem and offers a unique experience in an area frequented by thousands of elephants annually, with permanent water providing sightings of otters, sitatunga, and hippos.

• Enjoy morning game drives to discover more areas of Moremi Game Reserve within the Okavango Delta, across its distinct regions. The region offers a rare opportunity to enjoy the deep waters of the delta.
• Return to camp for lunch, a shower, and siesta time.
• Go for a sundowner in the afternoon with cold beer, drinks, and snacks.
• Later, reconnect with the team, as the following morning you will be transferred to Maun.

• Early in the morning, have breakfast as your safari comes to an end. This will be the best time to say goodbye to your backup team.
