Day 01

Tenryuji Temple

Tenryuji, Zen Rinzai Buddhist temple, was built in the 14th century and is a piece in the confrontation between the Shogun and the Emperor. Visiting it, we will know better about Japanese history.

Arashiyama Bamboo grove

We will walk through the famous bamboo forest, then park, forest and promenade near Katsura river to arrive to Sagano, old town of Kyoto.

Arashiyama Park, Kameyama Area

After the bamboo grove, we walk in this park full of nature and we reach the river Katsura.

Katsura River

We walk on this river promenade, full of nature and greeneries.

Sagano-Arashiyama Old Town

We take a small walk through this so beautiful old touristic city and we go back to our starting point.
