Day 01

A Day with a Swati Family in Sacred Mantjolo Village

• 08:00 AM: Our guide will pick you up from your hotel 30 minutes before departure so that we can leave on time.
• 08:30-9:30 AM: Visit the Mbabane Market and the wholesale market, where you can buy souvenirs and other traditional, locally crafted items.
• 9:30-10:00 AM: Drive to Mantjolo Village or take a kombi (public transport).
• 10:00-10:30 AM: Enjoy a brief visit to Mantjolo Pool, a wonder specifically for the Mnisi Clan.
• 10:30 AM-1:00 PM: Spend time with family members as they go about their daily chores and share their history and way of life as a clan.
• 1:00-2:00 PM: Enjoy lunch with the host family.
• 2:00-3:00 PM: Wrap up the day with some relaxing time with the grandmother, share your words of thanks, and then depart for the hotel.
