Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival and Jungle Exploration

   Morning:

   • Arrival in Chitwan: Check in at your accommodation (lodge or resort).
   • Welcome Drink & Briefing: Enjoy a welcome drink and an overview of your itinerary.

   Afternoon:

   • Jungle Walk: Explore the lush jungle with a guided nature walk. Learn about local flora and fauna, and look for wildlife such as deer and various bird species.

   Evening:

   • Cultural Program: Attend a traditional Tharu cultural dance performance.
   • Dinner: Enjoy a delicious dinner at your lodge.

2. Day 2: Safari Adventure

   Morning:

   • Boat Ride: Take a canoe ride on the Rapti River. Observe birds, crocodiles, and the beautiful riverine landscape.
   • Jungle Walk: Your walk will be led by two knowledgeable guides who can identify animal tracks, plant species, and share insights about the local ecosystem and conservation efforts. 

   Afternoon:

   • Lunch at the Lodge: Relax and enjoy local cuisine.
   • Jungle Drive: Embark on a jeep safari for a chance to see larger wildlife and explore different terrains within the park. Spot rhinoceroses, deer, and potentially the elusive Bengal tiger 
   • Dinner: Enjoy dinner and share stories of the day’s adventures.

3. Day 3: Wildlife and Departure

   Morning:

   • Bird Watching Tour: Early morning bird watching with a local guide. Spot various migratory and resident bird species in their natural habitat.

   Afternoon: (Optional)

   • Visit a Tharu Village: Explore a nearby Tharu village to learn about the local culture, traditions, and lifestyle.
   • Lunch: Have a traditional meal with a local family (optional).

   Departure:

   • Check Out: Prepare for departure. Depending on your schedule, you can either head back home or continue your travels in Nepal.
