The itinerary

Day 01

Arusha to Tarangire National Park Safari

• Early in the morning, after breakfast, we begin our two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park.
• Along the journey, beautiful Maasai villages and the open plain become synonymous with images of Tanzania.
• Once in Tarangire, you will begin your game drive across the endless golden savannah that grazes along the Tarangire River.
• Enjoy a picnic lunch with a spectacular view of the Tarangire River. It is a great way to soak it all in. You must keep a sharp eye on your lunch to protect it from the local monkeys.
• Later, you can take a deeper dive into the wild and see lions, leopards, Cape buffalo, and a large variety of antelopes.
• After a spectacular day in Tarangire, you will be transferred to the Tarangire Tree Top Lodge for dinner and a good night's sleep.

Day 02

Ngorongoro Crater Wildlife Experience

• After a tasty breakfast prepared by your chef, you will depart for Ngorongoro, the 8th Wonder of the World. Home to various mammals, including the Big Five, the Ngorongoro Crater is among the most visited destinations in the world. It is also the best place to spot the endangered black rhino, and you will have a chance to enjoy your meal close to the mighty hippos at the hippo pool.
• From the comfort of your open-roof 4x4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle, you can photograph and observe some of the most recognizable faces.
• After the day's chills and thrills, you will have a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool. After that, our guide will drive you to Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport for your late evening flight or transfer you to your hotel in Arusha.

• This tour starts and ends in Arusha.
• The operator can help select your international or domestic flights, but you must book them yourself.
• Fly to/from Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO - check price) near Arusha, or fly to/from Arusha Airport (ARK - check price) via Dar es Salaam or Nairobi (Kenya).
• A transfer from and back to the airport is included.
• Additional accommodation before and at the end of the tour can be arranged for an extra cost.
