Day 01

Kandy to Dambulla via Matale's Sacred Sites

• 07:30 am - Pick up from Kandy and drive to Anuradhapura.
• 09:00 am - Stop for refreshments or breakfast at Matale.
• 09:45 am - Stop at Matale Hindu Temple.
• 10:45 am - Stop at Aluviharaya Temple.
• 11:15 am - Stop at Nalanda Gedige.
• 12:30 pm - Lunch at Dambulla.
• 02:00 pm - Check in at the hotel.
• 04:00 pm - Visit Dambulla Temple.
• 07:00 pm - Return to the hotel for dinner.

Avukana, Mihintale and Ancient Anuradhapura

• 08:30 am - After breakfast, drive to Mihintalaya Temple.
• 09:30 am - On the way, stop at Avukana Temple.
• 10:30 am - Visit Mihintalaya.
• 01:30 pm - Lunch at Anuradhapura.
• 02:30 pm - Check in to the hotel.
• 04:00 pm - Visit the ancient site of Anuradhapura, including Atamastanaya and other attractions.
• 06:30 pm - Return to the hotel for dinner.

Return to Kandy via Yapahuwa

• 09:00 am - Leave Anuradhapura for Kandy.
