Itinerary

1. Day 1: Explore Tarangire National Park

   • Begin your adventure with a journey to Tarangire National Park, famous for its elephant migration, baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. 
   • As you traverse its vast plains, look for herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various predators. The park is also home to over 550 bird species, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. 
   • Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the picturesque landscape. In the evening, return to your lodge, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking African sunset.

2. Day 2: Drive to Serengeti National Park (Central Serengeti)

   • On your second day, travel to the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, where the savannah stretches endlessly and is teeming with wildlife. Today, you'll explore Central Serengeti, the heart of the park and one of the best places to witness the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos. 
   • Watch in awe as the predator-prey dynamics play out in front of you. At night, unwind in your safari lodge, surrounded by the sounds of the wild under the starry African sky.

3. Day 3: Visit the Western Corridor of Serengeti National Park

   • Day three will take you deeper into Serengeti's Western Corridor, where the Grumeti River flows. The area is famous for its dense crocodile and hippo populations; wildebeests and zebras attempt daring river crossings during migration. 
   • Marvel at the intense scenes as predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas lie in wait. 
   • After a day of thrilling game drives, return to your camp and reflect on the excitement.

4. Day 4: Experience wildlife encounters at the Northern Serengeti

   • On your fourth day, venture into Northern Serengeti, where the vast, open plains meet the Mara River. This region is best known for the Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeest and zebra cross the crocodile-infested river, creating one of nature's most dramatic spectacles. Your guide will give you the best vantage points to witness this awe-inspiring event. 
   • Retire to your accommodation in the evening, still buzzing with the day's remarkable wildlife encounters.

5. Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

   • Today, head to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the world's largest inactive, intact volcanic caldera. Descend into the crater, where a unique ecosystem supports various animals, including the endangered black rhino, lions, elephants, and large flocks of flamingos by the soda lakes. The crater floor is a paradise for wildlife photographers, offering one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tanzania. 
   • After a full day of exploring, you'll ascend the crater walls and enjoy an overnight stay at a nearby lodge.

6. Day 6: Reach and explore Lake Manyara National Park

   • Your sixth day brings you to Lake Manyara National Park, a small but diverse park with stunning landscapes ranging from dense forests to open savannahs. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions and vast soda lake filled with thousands of flamingos. 
   • Take a game drive through the park and enjoy the sight of elephants wandering through the forests, giraffes grazing by the lakeshore, and hippos wallowing in the waters. After your adventure, retire to your lodge for a final night of relaxation.

7. Day 7: Transfer to Arusha

   • On your final day, travel back to Arusha, where you can visit the vibrant local markets or simply relax in the city before your departure. Depending on your schedule, you may have time to explore some of Arusha's cultural sites or enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant. 
   • Afterwards, you'll be transferred to the airport for your flight home, carrying unforgettable memories of your Tanzanian safari.
