Itinerary

1. Day 01: Arrival and Check-In in Cairo

   • Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our representative, who will assist you through customs and formalities.
   • Transfer to the hotel, check-in, and spend the overnight in Cairo.

2. Day 02: Discover Ancient Egypt: Pyramids, Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum

   • After breakfast, check out and meet your guide for a deep dive into Ancient Egypt.
   • Visit the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx, the last remaining Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
   • See the Sphinx, a marvel carved from a natural rocky outcrop, with a lion's body stretching 45 meters and paws 15 meters long.
   • Stop by the Papyrus Institute and Perfume Factory to observe the creation of souvenirs.
   • Continue to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, one of the world's richest museums with over 250,000 pieces spanning 3,000 years of Egyptian art.
   • Transfer to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.

3. Day 03: Journey to Luxor: Karnak Temple and Nile Cruise Embarkation

   • Early after breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Luxor.
   • Upon arrival, meet your guide to visit the Temple of Karnak, a "holy city" of columns, hypostyle halls, colossal statues, shrines, and obelisks.
   • Explore the Luxor Temple, once connected to Karnak by an avenue of ram-headed sphinxes.
   • Then, dock and embark on a 5-star Nile Cruise on a full-board basis (excluding drinks) and overnight in Luxor.

4. Day 04: Explore the West Bank: Valley of the Kings and Temple of Hatshepsut

   • Early in the morning, meet your guide and transfer to the west bank of Luxor.
   • Visit the Valley of the Kings (including Tutankhamun’s tomb), where your guide will provide explanations of the tombs.
   • Continue to the Temple of Deir el-Bahari, dedicated to the funerary cult of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon.
   • Return to the cruise, sail to Edfu, and overnight on board.

5. Day 05: Temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo: Nile Cruise Highlights

   • After breakfast, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, dedicated to the Lord of the Sky, showcasing exceptional Ptolemaic architecture.
   • Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the Kom Ombo Temple.
   • Finish your tour, sail to Aswan, enjoy a Galabeya Party, and overnight on board.

6. Day 06: Aswan Highlights: High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk, and Philae Temple

   • After breakfast, meet your guide and visit the Aswan High Dam, a monumental modern achievement by the Egyptians.
   • Continue to the Unfinished Obelisk and then to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the Goddess Isis.
   • Return to the cruise and overnight in Aswan.

7. Day 07: Return to Cairo: Farewell to the Nile Cruise

   • Disembark after breakfast and transfer to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo.
   • Upon arrival, meet and assist, transfer to the hotel, and overnight in Cairo.

8. Day 08: Cairo’s Historical Gems: Citadel, Mosque of Mohammed Ali, and Khan El Khalili Bazaar

   • Cairo, your Egyptologist guide will escort you through the historic streets, visiting Saladin's Citadel, the Mosque of Mohammed Ali, and the world's oldest university.
   • Continue to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, a vibrant market known for its intricate handicrafts and unique souvenirs.
   • Finish your tour and return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

9. Day 09: Departure from Cairo

   • After breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
