Experience the majesty of Amboseli National Park on a 2-day exhilarating game drive through the park, famed for its large elephant herds and stunning Mount Kilimanjaro views. Explore Maasai culture and wildlife with a comfortable stay at a luxury lodge.

Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Amboseli
- Meet your tour leader at your location (airport or hotel) for a briefing.
- Drive southwest from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park (approximately 3.5 hours).
- Pass through the Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli.
- Arrive in Amboseli by midday.
- 12:30 PM: Check in at the lodge/camp. Enjoy wildlife viewing en route to the lodge.
- Have lunch and refresh for the afternoon. Then, indulge in an afternoon game drive.
- 4:00 PM: Head out for a late afternoon game drive.
- Observe large herds of elephants, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and the elusive leopard. Enjoy views of Mount Kilimanjaro framing the park. Stop at a scenic spot for a drink and sunset views.
Meals: Lunch & Dinner.
Overnight Amboseli Oltukai Lodge / similar luxury lodge.
Activity: Drive from Nairobi to Amboseli.
Day 2: Amboseli National Park to Nairobi
- Depart for a game drive to catch views of Mount Kilimanjaro before the clouds build up.
- Experience diverse wildlife, including wildebeest, giraffes, and baboons.
- Optional visit to a Maasai village after breakfast. Learn about the Maasai warriors and their storied history.
- 11:00 AM: Check out and start the drive back to Nairobi, arriving late afternoon.
- Lunch en route at your own cost.
- Drop off at your designated location.
Meals: Breakfast
Activity: Morning game drive in Amboseli and drive back to Nairobi. Drop off at your pick-up location.
