Know Before You Go

Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the session commences.

Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).

The timings for transfers may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.

All entrants must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park with an NOL card; tourists without an NOL card can purchase this card at Creek Park Gate 1, amounting to AED 25 with AED 19 credit.

The child's age is 2-12 years. Under two years is free of charge.

Children must be 8 years old or above and confident swimmers for water activity.

The venue usually provides basic facilities such as seating, refreshments, and souvenir shops.

Pregnant women and people with injuries will not be allowed to swim with dolphins.

Swim with Dolphins' sessions will remain operational, and bookings will be accepted for this period.

You can download the ticket from the dashboard shortly after the booking is completed.

Make sure that you check your spam/junk folder or notify us if you do not find it in your inbox.

Print this voucher or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.

Your voucher also features a QR code image, which you can scan at the ticket counter to gain entry.
