Day 01

Sonargaon Heritage, Meghna River Cruise, and Village Homestay

08:30 - Depart from Dhaka by AC vehicle for Sonargaon.
Visit the Grand Palace (Boro Sardar Bari), known for its exquisite terracotta art and Bengal architecture.
Explore the Folklore Museum, which displays a large collection of household objects, arts, and crafts from the last century.
Discover the preserved Panam City, a historic merchant town with 52 grand houses lining an old road.
Visit Goaldi Mosque, a typical one-domed, brick-built example of Sultanate architecture on the outskirts of Sonargaon township.
After lunch, enjoy a 3-hour cruise on the Meghna River from Baidder Bazar to Gopaldi to explore several island villages accessible only by boat.
Drive to a nearby village for a traditional homestay.
Enjoy a folk musical event and an overnight stay in the local village.

Day 02

Village Walk, Gangaridai Ruins, and Batik Traditions

After breakfast, walk through the village to see a typical morning bazaar and explore handloom factories and a school.
Drive for an hour to visit the ruins of the Gangaridai Kingdom (Wari Batesswar) and learn about its unwritten history.
Explore Banti Batik village.
Drive back to Dhaka, concluding your tour in the evening.
