The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Mineralnye Vody and Transfer to the Shelter

  • Early arrival at Mineralnye Vody Airport (until 10:00).
  • Transfer to the Terskol settlement. We go to the rental office to collect equipment, continue to the cable car, ascend to the shelter, check in, receive instructions, and go to sleep early.

Overnight at the shelter.

Day 02

Elbrus Summit Climb and Departure

  • Climbing Elbrus.
  • The start is at 2:00-4:00 a.m., depending on the guide's decision. It is obligatory to use a snowcat for both the ascent and descent.
  • Descent by cable car.
  • Departure.

Know before you go

  • To avoid disagreements between participants, we always climb the higher Western summit of Elbrus (5642 m) and not the Eastern summit (5621 m), as some other companies do.
  • Important information:
    • Any exit from the shelter on the day of the ascent counts as an attempt.
    • For foreign citizens, if necessary, we can provide guest invitations for our tours.
