The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Mineralnye Vody and Transfer to Emmanuel Glade

Meet our representative at Mineralnye Vody airport or railway station. Please plan to arrive no later than noon.
Transfer to Emmanuel Glade.
Gather for dinner and an instructing session.

Overnight at the hut.

Day 02

Acclimatisation Hike to the Refuge at 3700 m

Start an acclimatisation hike with equipment to the refuge at 3700 m, followed by descent.

Overnight in tents or huts on the Emmanuel Glade.

Day 03

Walk to the Refuge

Enjoy a walk to the refuge.

Overnight at the hut.

Day 04

Acclimatisation Hike to Lents Rocks at 4700 m

Acclimatisation hike to Lents Rocks at 4700 m.

Day 05

Rest and Summit Preparation

Relax for the day before preparing for the summit.

Day 06

Mount Elbrus Summit Climb

2/4 am - Climb Mount Elbrus for 6 to 10 hours.

You do not need to carry the extra equipment - the porter will take it from the camp to 3700 metres and deliver it to the springs of Jõlysu, from where your luggage will be delivered to your hotel in Mineralnye Vody.

Reserve Day for Weather Contingency

Reserve day in case of bad weather.

What's Included

Hotel accommodation in double rooms. Duration of stay depends on the schedule. Please note - check-out from the hotel is before 12:00.

Meals three times a day throughout the mountain tour, including dinner on the first day and breakfast on the last day

All required permits and registrations
Guides: one lead guide for the South to North Elbrus programme and several assistants on summit day, with a strict ratio of one guide to three climbers. This means that if there are four clients in a group, there will be two guides. There is no limit to the number of attempts the group can make.
