Day 01

Arrival in Cairo

  • Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our expert tour representative will meet you, pick you up in a modern private air-conditioned car, and transfer you to your hotel in Cairo.

Great Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx

  • In the morning, after breakfast at your Cairo hotel, our tour guide will pick you up from the hotel lobby to begin a wonderful tour of the Great Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx.
  • Enjoy watching the great pyramids from horseback and by quad bike.
  • Finally, our expert tour guide will drop you off at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 03

Egyptian Museum and the NMEC

  • In the morning, your tour guide will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel to visit the Egyptian Museum and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, where you will explore ancient Egyptian treasures and artifacts, in addition to the Royal Mummies and the collection of King Tutankhamen.
  • Finally, our expert tour guide will drop you off at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 04

Alexandria Day Tour by Car

  • In the morning at around 7:00 am, our expert tour guide will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel to begin a wonderful day tour to Alexandria, the second biggest city in Egypt.
  • Upon arrival in Alexandria, you will enjoy exploring Pompey's Pillar, the Alexandria Library, the Catacombs, and the Roman Theatre.
  • Finally, our expert team will transfer you to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 05

Saqqara, Memphis, and Dahshur

  • In the morning after pick-up, our tour guide will accompany you to Saqqara to discover the Complex of King Djoser, dating back to the Third Dynasty. This complex is considered the first complete stone construction in ancient Egypt, and it contains the first pyramid in ancient Egyptian civilization, the Step Pyramid.
  • Then move to Memphis, the old capital of ancient Egypt, and also visit the Museum of Imhotep, the constructor of the Step Pyramid.
  • Then head to Dahshur to enjoy discovering the Red Pyramid and the Black Pyramid.
  • Finally, our tour guide will drop you off at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 06

Fly to Luxor and Visit Karnak and Luxor Temple

  • In the morning, 3 hours before flight departure, transfer to Cairo Airport to fly to Luxor, the city of hundreds of gates.
  • Upon arrival in Luxor, your tour guide will be waiting to pick you up and accompany you on a historical tour of the Karnak Temple complex of Amun Ra, Mut, and Khonsu. Then visit Luxor Temple of King Amenhotep III.
  • Finally, your tour guide will drop you off at your hotel in Luxor.

Day 07

Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon

  • In the morning, after breakfast at your hotel in Luxor, our tour guide will accompany you on a wonderful tour of the Valley of the Kings and its royal tombs.
  • You will then move to the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut and enjoy taking pictures of the Colossi of Memnon.
  • Finally, your tour guide will drop you off at your hotel in Luxor.

Day 08

Dendera and Abydos Day Tour

  • In the morning, at around 6:00 am, our expert tour guide will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel in Luxor, and you will be transferred by private air-conditioned vehicle to Abydos City. Drive north from Luxor for a day to see two of the most complete temples in Egypt.
  • First, visit the astronomical temple of the goddess Hathor. The Temple of Hathor at Dendera is the best preserved in Egypt, with full colour still visible on its walls. The temple is around 135 km from Luxor, and the ancient Egyptians believed the god of the underworld to be buried there.
  • Then, move to Abydos to explore the temples of King Seti I and Ramses II. Abydos Temple is dedicated to the ancient Egyptian god of the underworld, Osiris.
  • Finally, our expert team will drive back to your hotel in Luxor.

Day 09

Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Aswan

  • The tour begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Luxor, followed by a drive south to the Temple of Edfu. The Temple of Edfu is dedicated to the god Horus. The temple was built during the Ptolemaic period and is one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt.
  • After exploring the Temple of Edfu, the tour continues to the Temple of Kom Ombo, located on the banks of the Nile River. The temple is unique because it is dedicated to two gods, the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. The temple was built during the Ptolemaic era and contains many fascinating features, including a double colonnade and a Nilometer, which was used to measure the height of the Nile floodwaters.
  • Then continue driving to Aswan.

Day 10

Abu Simbel Day Tour

  • In the early morning at 5:00 am, your expert tour guide will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel to begin a wonderful day tour to Abu Simbel. Abu Simbel is a site of unparalleled beauty that showcases the finest craftsmanship of ancient Egypt. Two temples, each with its own unique style, were built during the reign of King Ramses II in 1200 B.C. One temple is dedicated to King Ramses II, while the other is dedicated to his beloved wife, Queen Nefertari.
  • These rock-cut structures are adorned with exquisite carvings, hand-carved pillars, wall paintings, statues, and other magnificent artwork that will impress any visitor. The attention to detail and the level of craftsmanship on display are truly remarkable, and visiting Abu Simbel is an essential experience for anyone interested in ancient Egyptian history and culture.
  • Finally, at the end of the tour, our representative will drive you back to your hotel in Aswan.

Day 11

Aswan Highlights and Flight to Cairo

  • We will start the tour with a visit to the High Dam, an engineering miracle built in 1960 to protect Egypt from the annual floods of the Nile.
  • Then move on to visit the majestic Philae Temple, which was built in honor of the goddess Isis, the chief goddess of the island.
  • We will visit the Unfinished Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut at the Aswan quarries.
  • Finally, our representative will transfer you to Aswan Airport to fly back to Cairo.
  • Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, our tour representative will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Cairo.

Saladin Citadel, Coptic Cairo, and Departure

  • In the morning after breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, our expert tour guide will accompany you on a wonderful guided tour to the Citadel of Saladin Ayyubi in Cairo. Then enjoy visiting the Coptic churches in Cairo, the Hanging Church, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue.
