Day 01

Full-Day Trek to Mt. Gwanaksan

09:00: Meet at your hotel and proceed to the trailhead by car or public transport.

10:00: After about an hour, arrive at the trailhead and begin the trek.

12:00: Enjoy lunch with a boxed meal such as Gimbap.

14:30: Reach the mountain peak.

15:00: Begin the descent to Gwacheon-si.

17:00: Reach the subway station and head back to the hotel.

18:00: Arrive at the hotel and end the tour.

  • People with disabilities, chronic diseases, and children are not allowed on this tour; it is only for adults with good fitness.
  • I can accommodate up to five guests for trekking.
  • The itinerary is standard for everyone, but it can be customized for you upon request.
  • The trekking distance from the trailhead to the end is 7-13 km; the trekker's condition on the day will determine the final route.
  • I have a "MOUNT EXPERT INSTRUCTOR" certificate issued by KNPS (Korea National Park Service), and few tour guides in Korea have it.
