The journey
Enjoy a 6-day safari through Amboseli National Park and Tsavo West and East National Parks, beginning at the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro. In Amboseli, you can photograph wildlife against the wonderful backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, while Tsavo West offers a visit to Mzima Springs, a favorite haunt of hippos and crocodiles. In Tsavo East, look out for hippos, elephants, wildebeests, lions, zebras, gazelles, kudus, hartebeests, and other wild animals, along with scenic sites such as Lugards Falls and Mudanda Rocks. The tour ends in Mombasa, where you can begin a beach holiday.
In Amboseli, you can photograph wildlife against the wonderful backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, while Tsavo West offers a visit to Mzima Springs, a favorite haunt of hippos and crocodiles.

Depart from Nairobi at 0800 hrs and travel to Amboseli National Reserve at the foot of the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak.
Arrive in time for lunch.
Savor an afternoon game drive after your meal.
Dinner and overnight stay at Ol Tukai Lodge or Amboseli Serena Lodge.
Spend the full day in Amboseli with early morning and evening game drives with the Kenyan driver/guide. While in the park, you will have the opportunity to photograph the animals against the wonderful backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.
All meals and overnight stay will be at your lodge or camp.
After an early breakfast, leave for Tsavo West National Park, which lies roughly halfway between Nairobi and the Coast. Mzima Springs, the chief marvel here, is a favorite haunt of hippos and crocodiles.
Arrive at Ngulia Safari Lodge in time for lunch.
After lunch, savor an early evening game drive to see large herds of elephants, buffalo, common waterbuck, eland, rhino, and a wide variety of antelope.
Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Depart from the lodge soon after breakfast and proceed to Tsavo East National Park.
Visit the scenic Lugards Falls, Mudanda Rocks, which attract elephants in the drier season, and Aruba Dam if time permits.
Dinner and overnight stay at Voi Safari Lodge.
Devote the full day to exploring the park. Morning and afternoon game drives are offered.
