Descend from Cova Crater along old cobbled paths to Paul Valley, passing terraced fields of sweet potatoes and Congo beans, as well as banana, almond, and mango trees. Further down in the valley, sugar cane is cultivated to produce grogue, a popular local spirit, and you can experience the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans as you traverse through the small hamlets.
