Affectionately called "baboons" by the locals, these monkeys live within a sanctuary of approximately 20 square miles along the Belize River, combining dense jungle, pasture, farmland, and small village life.
Continue along the Northern Highway to the cutoff for Burrell Boom Village. Travel onward to the village of Bermudian Landing, passing through scenic ecosystems.
Travel along the narrow Boom Road to spot the monkeys in the trees.
Hike some trails to see the monkeys in their own habitat.
Drop-off at the hotel.
