Day 01

D-Day Landing Beaches of Normandy

We start our tour at Pointe du Hoc, a strategic site that the Rangers neutralized on June 7, 1944.
Then, we head to Omaha Beach to visit the beach and the American Cemetery, created to perpetuate the memory of those who fought in the Battle of Normandy.
Next, we visit the German coastal defence battery at Longues-sur-Mer.
Our last stop on the tour is Arromanches Beach (Gold Beach), home to the Mulberry artificial port, where we stop at the museum and the Arromanches store.
