Day 01

Pickup in Delhi and Journey to Bharatpur

Embark on a remarkable journey through some of India's most iconic destinations, travelling from Delhi to the Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary of Bharatpur, then onward to Fatehpur Sikri, and ending in Agra city.

Day 02

Keoladeo Ghana National Park Bird Sanctuary Tour

Famous for Keoladeo Ghana National Park, Bharatpur is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to an astonishing range of flora and fauna.
Arrive in Bharatpur and tour Keoladeo Ghana National Park by taking a rickshaw ride through the sanctuary. An abundance of birdlife can be found here, including the open-bill and painted stork, egret, darter, white ibis, spoonbill, grey heron, Sarus crane, cormorant, migratory geese, duck, rosy pelican, and the rare Siberian crane.
Then, proceed to Fatehpur Sikri.

Explore Emperor Akbar's Fatehpur Sikri

Then, explore Emperor Akbar's abandoned city at Fatehpur Sikri.
The dynastic architecture of Fatehpur Sikri was modelled on Timurid forms and styles. The city was built on a massive scale, primarily with red sandstone. Its architecture reflects the Hindu and Muslim domestic styles popular in India at the time. The remarkable preservation of these original spaces allows modern archaeologists to reconstruct scenes of Mughal court life and better understand the hierarchy of the city's royal and noble residents. The site is accessed through gates along the 8 km-long fort wall.
